QUICK LUNCH RECIPES
Posted on January 13 2019
Like me, I’m sure many of you are still recovering from the holiday break. I wanted to share some quick lunch recipes the kiddos are sure to love. I hope these can help put smiles on your littles faces while allowing you to get back into the swing of things.
Ingredients:
6 8” Tortillas
Shredded Parmesan cheese
Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
3 cups cooked chicken breast (sliced)
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Lay your tortillas on a flat surface and put 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast in each. Add 1 1/2 tbsps. of Parmesan cheese and 1 tbsp. of ranch. Fold your tortilla tightly.
Spray a baking sheet lightly with oil and place the folded tortillas 2 inches apart. Place in the oven for 3 minutes, on each side, until the tortillas appear to have a slight crisp. Remove from the oven and serve.
Ingredients:
Hill Country Fare Five Cheese Ravioli (25 oz)
2 cups Italian breadcrumbs
2 tbsps grated Parmesan cheese
3 eggs, beaten
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bring a pot of water to a boil, then add the ravioli. Cook the ravioli for 4-5 minutes, drain and let cool to room temperature. While the ravioli is cooling, mix the Italian breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese together in a bowl. In a separate bowl, beat 3 eggs. Add the ravioli to the eggs until coated, then toss into the Parmesan and bread crumb mixture until fully covered. Place on the baking sheet and continue to repeat until all the ravioli are coated. Spray the coated ravioli with baking spray and place in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
Ingredients:
8ct pack of Ball Park Smoked White Turkey Franks
8 oz Pillsbury Sweet Hawaiian Crescent Rolls
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Bring a pot of water to a boil, then add the turkey franks. Cook for 2-3 minutes until franks are plump. Remove the franks from the boiling water and let cool slightly. (A key to this simple recipe is being sure no excess water is on the franks.) Grab a medium sized cooking sheet and begin to separate the dough into triangles. Wrap one turkey frank with one Crescent Roll and place on the baking sheet. Repeat this process until all 8 franks are wrapped. Place in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot!
Until next time Kuties!
